I started reading Dark Lies last night, and I'm enjoying Jace very much -- I never was much of a were fan, but several books lately have turned me back on to them. Well handled, they are such amazing characters.

But in terms of what I find believable, I would say I believe in ghosts and witches. It doesn't stretch my imagination very much to think that the essence or souls of some people are so strong, stubborn, or stuck, that they hang around the earthly sphere. Believe I have seen at least one in my lifetime. Witches are a no brainer -- of course they exist, among the trendy pagans and new fangled Wicca wannabes, there are the real deal, I think.

I believe very much in my tarot. Not as much in astrology, though I'm not a disbeliever there, either.

Vampires, weres, etc I think have roots in something true, but I don't believe in them in the world, though I enjoy their fictional worlds very much.

I have a hard time believing that humans are the end all of life, so to speak. I think there definitely are other creatures and beings out there, whether they are as we describe them or not.

I believe in ghosts. One night my sister all of a sudden felt this very cold rush of wind over her. She didn't look to see what it was, but she thought that it was a ghost. My mom has seen some ghosts too. She woke up one night to see my grandma's face and when she smiled, her face vanished. I've never actually seen a ghost but I believe in them. Dark Lies sounds good!

I definitely believe that there's far more than our eyes can usually see, and I think that the spirit world is alive and active. That said, I don't think I'll go actively looking to encounter any ghosts, witches, other other non-humans ;)

I believe in ghosts and have had several encounters with them. Also I have gone to people's homes and helped them with their "visitors".
Have you seen the movie BLOOD AND CHOCOLATE, Vivi? I loved it.

I definitely believe in ghosts...I grew up in an old Victorian and in the winter, shared a bedroom with my sister. We'd lay awake at night, absolutely terrified, and listen to footsteps walking across the attic floor over our heads. Maybe I watched the Exorcist at too young an age, but there's a part of me that believes there are truly evil things in the world, as well, and not all of them human.

I definitely believe in ghosts and one never knows what other things really exist. I also believe that the Arthurian Legends are true.

I also believe there are ghosts out there, I've had a few experiences.
But I love love love to read about werewolves or shapeshifters. Can't get enough.

I have Dark Lies, but haven't found time to read it yet.
I believe there are other beings out there, just don't know what they are.

My grandmother died when I was 10 years old and I used to feel her touch and smell her perfume, espeically when I was feeling sad or down. It only lasted a couple of years, but it was really comforting.

This is my favorite genre to read with the vamps being my all time favorites. Since I've been surfing the web I've been finding many new authors in this genre to read and I'm loving it. Looking forward to your new release!

I've never had an experience with a ghost. No alien abductions either. But I like to think I'm open to the idea of something yet to be discovered.

I don't really belive in paranormal stuff though love to read about them... it is why I am enjoying the Nocturne line!

I love witches... and when I was young, I used to believe they truly existed and I love Sabrina the teenage witch :)

I do believe that ghosts and witches do exist. Never had an experience with a ghost myself but I have heard the stories from people I know.

I believe in everything and nothing... if that makes any sense. I don't rule anything out, mainly because I've had too many occurrences in my own life that seem to stretch the borders of what is "reality". Several of my relatives were known to be psychic, to the point that my great-great grandmother was called a sorciere (a French word for witch).

I also have had several psychic experiences myself, along with strange encounters with "the other side". The night my grandmother died, I'd locked the front door, but it blew wide open as if there was a strong wind (which there was not) at the time she passed. Shortly thereafter, the hospital called and I knew she was dead before I picked up the phone.

So I believe in spirits, energy manifestations...and hope the real world contains as much magic as the worlds I create on the page!

Witches do exist in real life as do Ghosts. I'm not too sure about Vampires and Werewolves but, I won't count them out. I was born on Halloween so, I'm always curious about things that go bump in the night and, have encountered several ghosts in my time.

I read the Nocturne line and have read several of your books. I have to say that I got bugeyed because I couldn't put them down. Thank you for the very good nighttime reads.
