I'll keep this short to make sure the pictures tell the story this time, but here are some from Thursday at RWA. I still haven't gotten one of Diana -- maybe today! Events here are the Blaze lunch and the Harlequin PJ party. I had a great time catching up with Blaze editor Brenda Chin at our PJ party and also finally met my agent, Natasha Kern and her assistant Becky, who are just as wonderful as I knew they would be. Today, the Cigars lunch, and the Harlequin party. (Oh, and I did make some workshops, just so you know I did some writing-related things, too!)

I look so "eh" in that picture with Lori, when I was so thrilled to meet her, but I was really trying not to scrunch up my whole face when they were taking the picture -- aiy. I swear, pictures are such a pain...but I'm still glad to have them to commemorate the event. :)

It looks like you're having a great time (as you should) and you and Lori are wearing matching shirts so obviously you're on the same wave-length. Always a bonus when it's someone you admire!

The Washington Post was at the conference taking pictures and doing interviews on Wednesday but, I haven't seen anything, yet. I wonder if they are going to put the story in the Sunday Book section.

There were Workshops? No one talks about the workshops! Everyone talks about meeting each other, the displays, the parties, the luncheons, the awards, meeting other authors, getting together with author friends.....
I've heard about this from Nora's POV, but its been great hearing about RWA from your POV, Sam, thanks so much for sharing and posting pictures. Even though I didn't make the litercy signing, there'll be another time to meet. Thanks so much for sharing about your week, its been so special.
