I'll Miss You All
Greetings Cigar Folk! I have so loved being part of the this group and meeting everyone. I owe Sam a huge debt of gratitude for inviting me to be a Cigars gal.
Now you may be wondering about the Resolution contest. I am going to announce a winner this Sunday night. I know we haven’t made it through a year, but I will not be maintaining an individual blog after this. So tune in for a winner and I will trust all of you to continue monitoring your own resolution progress :)
My future plans are to continue writing for Harlequin Superromance. I have a book coming out April 2010 and another in July 2010. I’m also noodling around with an idea for a book with a paranormal elements. Sam will be my paranormal mentor, since I’m kind of a rookie.
I hope you’ll pop into my website www.jeanniewatt.com every now and then to see what’s shaking, or visit me at the eharlequin site, where I’m a regular in the Forums in the Simply Series Make Mine Supers thread.
It’s been great getting to know you all!
Jeannie

We'll miss you too!
I've loved gettin to know everyone here, and finding so many wonderful authors as well. It will be hard getting along wihtout the cigars sisters, but we'll carry on, corry over and carry through. Sorry couldnt help myself there.
I plan on either reworking the current rough draft i have to submit to harlequin (if i can fix all the holes that is) or just learn from said holes and start a new idea and take my time to prevent holes and major boo boos. Either way i will keep wrting, and will see you on eharlequin.
happy writing
jody
Good luck with the rough
Good luck with the rough draft, Jody and yes, I'll see you at eharlequin!
Thanks
Hi Jeannie,
Thanks for all the fun. I'll definitely have to check out the forums on eHarlequin.
I may have to go back to lurking
on the Super site to get my updates. Thanks for all the insights into your very busy life. I have so enjoyed getting to "know" you here. As for my resolutions for this year-well I still haven't been to a used book store but I've bought a lot of new books to make up for that fact so probably have bought more books than I read. I still have long hair and I still need new glasses. Oh well the weather is getting colder so maybe we will be bringing in the garden stuff and then maybe I'll have some spare time. Wish I could report progress. On the other hand I've seen a lot of Alberta this year and have really enjoyed myself doing it. Looking forward to your new books. Hopefully I'll "see" you around on eHarlequin.
Kaelee--I will miss you, so
Kaelee--I will miss you, so I hope you do come and lurk at the Super site. I've really enjoyed getting to know you. Little confession--I have more books than I can read, too, but having them around comforts me. It's so cool that you got to travel so much this year.
Oh do check the Forums out,
Oh do check the Forums out, Jane. Go to Talk on the eharlequin home page, then to Forums. There are lots of places to visit. Hope to see you there.
We will miss you ladies!
Its so sad to see this blog go. I love to visit here. I may not always comment but I checked the post every day! At lease you ladies will have more time for your writing and that is the most important thing!
I'm so glad you liked it
I'm so glad you liked it here. We enjoyed having you!
Jeannie!!
I'm so going to miss your regular posts here! You always make me smile! I know I enjoy that in your books, but it isn't as frequent or immediate! I haven't spent much time at the eHarlequin forums, but maybe I'll have to pop in so I can catch you there! Best wishes, and please write on!!
same sentiment
I have the same sentiment as everyone else.
Looking forward to your new books in 2010. Cowboys or cops? Or neither? Hints please!!
My resolution progress - that darn negativity is a battle still raging on!! Have good days and bad days. Writing? Trying to get the thoughts together in notes and in my brain. I don't know the ending and I can't move on without knowing it!! And I can't remember my 3rd goal. Maybe it was eat more Oreos?
What a bummer
I'm so sad that Cigars is going but I understand. Busy lives are good lives but they tend to eclipse the fun stuff at times. I feel fortunate to know you and Ellen personally so I know we won't drift apart (you can't get away that easy!) and even though I didn't get to meet Sam I feel as if I know her from her online presence! Anyway, thanks for the great posts and contributing to my procrastination when I should've been working. ;-)
Good times!
Aaah....resolutions. Today
Aaah....resolutions. Today I am bypassing my 'big picture' resolutions and just concentrating on trying to maintain a good attitude for the day. I'm tired today, frustrated with the world, and just feel like growling at everyone. So, today's resolution is to maintain a positive attitude and to not bite anyone's head off, LOL. So far so good on the biting part. So-so on the attitude part.
I'll miss your posts here, Jeannie! Thanks for the lively discussions.
Even though I end up lurking
Even though I end up lurking through blogs, have enjoyed this one, sorry to see you all go. Sure I'll be running across you elsewhere in blogland.

Closing Down
Again if I havent posted already, I am sorry to see you all go; will miss you. But I certainly understand.
It seems several blogs are closing their door; they will be missed.
Good luck to you.
