Gratitude: My Favorite Anti-Depressant
For the past 5 years, since I first published, I have started the New Year by making a list of goals, both writing-related and personal. Then at the end of that year, I look back to see which ones I met and which ones I didn’t. This is a good exercise for self-motivation since I don’t have a boss looking over my shoulder. My way of staying proactive in my writing career. And for the most part, I tend to meet all my goals.
