Happy Blogiversary to US -- and a Holiday Contest for YOU!

Hey everyone! December is a big month for everyone, but especially for those of us here at Cigars because Dec 4, 2006 was when Cigars went "live" -- so today is our first year anniversary! Woo!
Over the year we've had some members come and go, and we've made tons of new friends, learned a lot, had some laughs, some touching moments, and God knows, our TBR piles are falling over from all the new books we've discovered... We hope you've all had as much fun as we've had.
To celebrate, we've cooked up a holiday contest that we hope you'll enjoy, because there's a great prize waiting for one lucky winner at the end of the month -- welcome in 2008 with a $25 Amazon Gift Certificate from each of us, adding up to a $175 prize! So. . .here's how you do it:
First, comment on as many Cigar's blogs between Dec 4 and Dec 31 as you can, and you have the first part done.
Second, keep a list of time, place, and URL where you discuss the Cigars blog OR any Cigar's author's books (regular members, not guests). Perhaps an Amazon or B&N review, or recommending us in your blog or on a message board, etc -- it should be a public venue, not private, so an email to your mom, while nice, doesn't count.
Third, no later than Dec 31, 12pm EST, 2007, send one of us your list of Cigars posts with dates of the blogs you posted on, and a list of the times/places/URLs, and a quick clip of what you said (no more than a 10-15 word excerpt will do).
A few rules:
As always, you must be a registered user to qualify.
The blog comment has to be made within two days of when the author blog is posted, not retroactively. (You can't come in on the 30th, in other words, and just go back and post on all the blogs, sorry.)
Each mention of the blog or our books should be at a different location or on a different thread within the same location.
If you mention us several times within one discussion (say, on the same thread on a message board) that counts as one entry.
At the end of month, we'll take your lists, count all the tallies up, and whoever has the highest number wins! It's that easy.
So, come here and discuss... then go out there and discuss... And celebrate our blogiversary with us all through the month!
PS: You may email your list to any of the emails listed here, but please ONLY SEND ONCE TO ONE EMAIL -- Do not send a copy to each one. (Lisa and Sarah are not listed because they are in the middle of moving and traveling, so please only send to these emails):

I have been a member for 2 months and I am loving my time here :)
It was hard for me to believe it was a year, as well...
Good thing the reminder to renew the domain name came in! LOL Anniversaries are fun. I think keeping active blogs, and group blogs, going these days is hard, because there are so many of them, and so many good ones, so I'm really happy this one is doing well, because I love hanging out here, and hope you'll all be around for a long time.
