December Appreciation Giveaway at Cigars -- Author Announcement Thread

As we head into the Christmas season, the Cigars ladies have decided to thank our members and celebrate the season all at once by doing a daily giveaway -- yay! We're excited!
Read on for details.
Every day (including weekends) between December 1 and December 21, we'll announce a winner on this thread to receive a gift from one of us, drawing randomly from posters who have come by for the last eleven months. Maybe it will be a handmade or bought ornament or some other gifty-goodie, but each of us will be sending out a gift to at least three of you over the next 21 days. Be sure to check your email if you don't come by here every day -- or, even better, start coming by here every day!
The best part? You don't need to do anything. This is truly our gift of appreciation to you for sharing with us this past year. You've so often made our day, lifted us up, made us laugh, or reminded us what's so great about books and writing them, so for that, we thank all of you, regardless of whose name pops out of the hat.
So if you post on our blogs this month, that counts, too, but if you've posted at all during the year, you are in the gift pool, and so check back on this blog thread every day to see if you are a recipient!
We will create a separate thread below this one to congratulate winners and let us know when you get your gifts in the mail, so please let us use this one only for announcement of winners (any other posts will be deleted to avoid confusion, sorry!) -- and let the December fun begin!

Yes, we had a power outage with the ice storm (27 hours!). Just got power back, but there's more storms coming, so it might not stay.
